Our policy
INVALID ADDRESS
KiwiiGlow CAN NOT guarantee the correction of addresses. YOUR ADDRESS MUST BE CORRECT AT CHECKOUT. Once order is placed you CAN NOT send an email to fix address. Therefore, make sure your ADDRESS IS CORRECT AT CHECKOUT. If you receive an email and there is no response, your ORDER WILL BE CANCELED and refunded plus a fee of the order being packaged and ready for shipment. We are not liable for an incorrect address. If your package is sent back to us due to incorrect address the order will be refunded plus a fee.
REFUNDS
There are NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES due to safety and sanitary purposes. All products are thoroughly inspected to ensure the quality of the product. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
KiwiiGlow is NOT LIABLE for any damaged products. However, please contact us via email kiwiiglow@gmail.com WITHIN 48 HOURS UPON DELIVERY if any damages occur. Pictures & videos MUST be emailed so we can properly access the problem and cater to find a solution.
